You know David, if you want some help to put together a final draft, to help eliminate some of the grammatic errors, perhaps ask, you never know, someone may be willing to help out. Don't take the criticism to heart, I think what everyone is trying to point out is that if you want to put together a care sheet, for other to follow, it should look as professional as possible. IMO
 
You can work with multiple forums to get it right. In fact, that would be best. You have the resources of several people on *this* forum who have had to write these sorts of care sheets before.
