hey, i actually bought soem from them at the last show. they sell them in 50 or 100 mice bags, they have a corner in big coolers. i brought a cooler and picked up 100 pinks and 100 fuzzies, and a friend got 50 adults, put them all in the same cooler with a lot of ice. everything was fine besides the fuzzies.. they smell horrible. im not sure if its because they were on the bottom or not. i would open them up and smell them.. im not sure if it was my fault or theirs.
great.. lol, they smelled bad when i opened the bag, they were frozen so i dont know..
i still have them, should i take them to the next show?
do you go to the shows?
I had been buying locally at pet shop but they are very expensive there. Have been paying $4.50 for 3 pack of fuzzies and $3.50 for 3 pack of pinks.
Around here, if purchased individually, f/t pinks are about $1 (or just over $1) each and a six pack, of f/t pinks, is about $10.
Individual fuzzies (live) are almost $2 each (as just a couple of examples).
I'd hate to think what I would have to pay if I could not buy, in bulk, from those who produce/sell feeder rodents as a business.![]()
Thanks Danny! You going this weekend?Hey tsst,
I go to their table as soon as I get there and they leave the bag in the cooler with my name on it until I'm ready to go. They always give me a piece of dry ice when I leave. They sometime run out of certain sizes during the show so you might want to e-mail them, they'll have your bag ready when you get there.
:-offtopicI've been buying from them exclusively for 4 years and all my snakes are growing and healthy, go figure.![]()
