Rolling my own

Mary-Beth said:
I've decided to start rolling my own cigarettes. My Dad's been doing it for years and he's always talking about how cheap it is so I figured I'd give it a try. This morning he took me to his favorite tobacco shop and I bought everything I need to make four cartons of cigarettes for $31.00! :eek1:
Now mind you, I live in Tobacco Land USA. :grin01:

I somehow managed to get through my teen-aged years without learning to roll leaf products, so now I get to have the wonderful fun of learning that skill. Give me an empty soda bottle and I can make several different kinds of leaf burning devices though. :grin01:
Your soo old, everyone uses a 1 gallon milk jug and a bucket of water. Why spend money on the papers? just buy a "tabacco pipe" that is made of glass and lots of nice colors, and just that. i was at an Indian reservation and i saw cartons as low as $9.99 and on brands for around $20.00

Sit back sonny and watch me with two 3 liters.

My Dad mixes a couple of brands together and his cigarettes are nice and smooth. Even non-filtered they're smoother then a Marlboro (my favorite brand btw). I don't feel like getting up to see witch brands they are though, I'll look tomorrow, or maybe next time I get up for a beer.

I've had associates/friends bring back American name-brand cigs from other places, and they were NOT the same as their domestic counterparts. Blecccch. :awcrap:

Yeah, that wouldn't be any good. If these had any differences, my roommates didn't seem to notice...rather they probably didn't care. Cigs weren't the only thing they were smokin ;)

Anyways, my college roommates bought cartons of cigarettes from Russia and had them shipped here (and saved a bunch of money). Exact same brands as are sold here, just with Russian writing. They even sold some of the packs to other people and broke even money-wise.

If they would have been caught, they would have been in a lot of trouble with the US government. The government doesn't like not getting it's share of the profits. *lol*

You mean the government is getting kick backs from weed sales? OHHHH...the cigarettes;):D

The tubes + tobacco + mechanical filling machine are the shiznit. Cheap and tasty...and you get to use a nifty cigarette holder (mine is stainless steel, my fiance's has fake snakeskin on it =D).
