I am not exactly sure on his age, or weight.. But his size in length is about somewhere between 16-18in in length. I normally feed him one pinky every 7 days. Is it safe to step it up to perhaps 2 pinkies a feeding? Im thinking the worse he can do it choose is not to eat it. One pinky doesnt make an enermous lump in him so would it be safe to try two?

Does your snake have a visible lump after 24 hours post-feeding? If the answer is yes, stick with one, but maybe feed every 5 days instead of seven. If the answer is no, try two.
 
I fed him yesterday one pinky, and today there was absolutely no noticible lump. So tried the second pinky today. He took it no problem and it seemed to go down rather quickly. Maybe 10 minutes later i noticed a yellow goop about a little smaller than the size of a dime. What is this? And should i just stick to one pinky every 7? Maybe 5? The lump from the pinky he has now still is not incredibly large either. After 20 minutes of feeding i placed him back in the tank. He sipped water for about 2 minutes and found his warm spot and now is just relaxing. Does all seem well ?

First of all, I would not recommend feeding on two separate days like that.
Sound like you could try feeding two pinky's every five-seven days for a few feeding then move up to one fuzzy.

I would try 2 pinkies five days from now, and continue in that way for the next 3-4 feedings, than move up to fuzzies.
