Seems like sneezing?

Hi guys
I'm not too sure where this should go as I'm not completely sure if one of my big girls are sick or just a behavioral thing.
She is about 3 years old and is an anery. I've seen that a few times now she seems to have like a sneezing action. However I don't think it is sneezing as she doesn't do it when I look at her and I have been observing, but only when I touch her. Whether I pick her up or just when my finger touch she does this sneezing type of thing (well more like a short hiss). She is eating well and drinking often. What can this be? Is she really sneezing in which case a trip to the vet is in order asap or can it be a defensive thing? I know it sounds stupid maybe but it doesn't make sense to me that she only sneezes when I touch her?
Thanks a lot in advance for any help.

Well guys she just shed about 10 min ago could this have been what caused the strange sneeze/hiss reaction to me?

Nope it seems to be gone now. She hasn't done it once yet today after the shed. I will give her some time today and check tomorrow to see what her reactions are?

Keep an eye on her, I agree with Olivia that it was probably pre-shed behavior. The skin may have been loose on her face causing the sounds.
