I have 4 young cornsnakes and they are paired off in 2 aquariums.
I was wondering if I should/could put them all in 1 aquarium and if I can, for how long?

Do I have to separate them at a certain length/age?
 
You should separate them now.

Do a search on cohabitation. Their are many problems that can be caused from cohabiting your cornsnakes including cannibalism, stress related death, transmission of disease and breeding females too early.
 
This subject raises a lot of arguments, but the general consensus is to keep them separately.
