How long does it take for a corn to shed, I mean...from day 1 where the eyes are changing to the day when the skin come off. It's been 4 days and I am only starting to see those little white spots on my baby's body.
 
About 10-12 days? The snakes that I feed every five days usually miss one or two meals while they are blue. (In shed). It's very hard to detect at the beginning- it's easier to note that the snake is not active, is hiding away. Also, before shedding, the eyes will clear and the snake will come out. It looks like it has shed, and you can't find the skin! The snake is in the "clear" stage and will shed in the next up to 48 hours, but most likely about 12-24 hours.
 
Thanks a lot! acutally she is hidding a lot and the only time she comes out is when I wake her up in the morning..changing her water and handeling her and then back hidding. Should I just assume that she won't eat or should I offer her her meal anyway? She was fed once a week at the pet store, should I feed her on her 10th day while shedding? but if she is shedding, she is growing...so she should be hungry? Help me get my logic straight please lol
 
I would just leave her alone until after she has shed. Snakes are vulnerable while blue- they can't see well, and their instinct is to just hide away until it is time to shed. In nature, she would not be out hunting and eating. Many people feed snakes when they are blue, and everything is fine, but occasionally a snake that is fed while blue will regurgitate. I try not to feed snakes while they are blue because of this. Some snakes refuse to eat while they are blue, and then you have wasted a mouse, too. (Good reason to have two snakes!! But not in the same viv!!)

I've had baby corns shed in 7-10 days. My older corns an jungle carpet python will take a good 14 days from starting to look cloudy, to clearing then actually shedding. Best to just leave them alone during that time. Most won't eat anyways an all they want to do is just hide.

Yes, it can stress them if you handle while it's in blue. Also don't handle 48 hours or more after feeding.
Snakes actually don't really like to be handled, some just tolerate it. I only handle so my snake wouldn't launch at me when i put in fresh water or feed it.
