Should I go to the vet?

I'm a little worried about my miami. He's a year old and has been doing well until a little while ago.

He regurged on 4/19 and immediately went on the regurge protocol. He seemed to be doing fine. Then he did it again on 5/25 so he was on the regurge protocol again.

Through this he's lost some weight. I was starting to get worried about the weight loss. I fed him 3 days ago and the bump is still as big as it was then. So now I'm worried about the weight loss and possibly another problem.

He's fed away from the aspen, most recently dusted with nutribac. Temps are good.

Should I see if he passes this and starts gaining weight or take him in now?

Just realized I accidentally clicked on husbandry instead of health issues... :dunce: Clearly not paying as much attention as I should.

Have you recently tried to up the prey size? How old are the feeders? (Have they been in the freezer for a long time?)

Downsized prey due to the regurges. He was on fuzzies for at least a month prior to that. They were in my freezer for less than a month.

Temps are between 83 and 88. My room temp dropped a little about a week ago, but the hot side temps haven't changed.

I just double checked and I moved him to fuzzies two weeks before the first regurge. Never got a chance to move him back up after that.

If he still looks the same in the morning I'm going to at least call the vet and make an appointment. I'll take him in if they have a spot open. I was worried about the weight loss anyway.

I panicked too quickly, I guess. I checked on him this morning and the bump is almost gone. He's energetic and active. I'm much happier.:D I still posted this in the wrong place though.:dunce:
