Well, I've posted pictures of most of my corns in the Photo Gallery. Just got a new camera and took some pictures of my Thayeri kingsnake, who is stunning if I may say so myself. So I thought I'd give my other guys some love.
The Brazilian Rainbow Boa is my newest acquisition, and she can be seen in this thread.
I got Johnny the Thayeri king snake a couple years ago. He broke his back at the pet store (local pet store that got their snakes from local breeders - good guys) and was going to be euthanized, but they gave the little guy a chance and he pulled through. He has a small kink in his upper back that you can only feel when he moves through your hands. His growth was a little stunted because he didn't eat during his recovery, but he has grown beautifully for me since.
This is him a couple months after I got him:
And this is him now:
I has a flavor:
Belly shot:
I also have two female ball pythons, Izzy and Amarilla. Izzy is about 2 years old and Amarilla is an '08.
Their homes:
Izzy in her old viv:
Izzy in her new 40gal long:
Amarilla (and me in pajamas...):
You can't see it in this picture, but Amarilla has a dark belly and a lot of flaming. She was purchased by my friend as possibly being a yellow belly, but we're not sure.
Those are all of my non-corns at the moment. Next week I am expecting the male BRB and Zulu's fabulous Kenyan Sand Boas! I will post pictures of them promptly once they are settled.
Thanks for looking!
