So was it the temperature? The solution would be appreciated, that way it might educate others if this ever happens to them. Thanks!

It wasn't the tempature, i only saw her in the water bowl 1 time for a brief 2 minutes then back to normal (I think the coldness of the water shocked her for a little kinda like if we get in a really cold pool) i just figured it was because i was feeding her in her tank and not handling her often. After i held her for the first time in a month or two she settled down, it was a no brainer solution i just wanted to know if it worked up to any health related problems so i came here.
