I breed my snow with a anery motley . And the first baby out looks like a snow motley. The belly has no checking unlike last years pairing of the same two. Is there such a thing as a snow motley? And I thought anery+ snow= amels , classics and anery. Plz correct me.if im wrong... genetics are hard to figure.
 
An anery to a snow will make at *minimum* all aneries. Snow is anery and amel, homozygous. Anery is anery homozygous. Breeding two animals homozygous for anery means all babies will be homozygous anery.

If you have a snow motley, that means your anery motley has proved to be het for amel and your snow is proven het for motley.
 
If you're not sure of what you're producing (especially with basic morphs), maybe step back from breeding for a while.

Seems you're anery motley adult breeder is also het amel.

There are a bunch of great books (Don Soderberg, Kathy Love, etc) out on cornsnake care which covers basic genetics along with multiple websites (ie Cornsnake Calculator) that work with cornsnake genetics also. Those books will be some of the best money you spent if you're serious about breeding cornsnakes.
 
I tried using the calculators and got. Anery amel and classics het motley but last year no motleys out of 12 . then this year her 1st clutch was 5anery 1amel 1 classic. But she double clutched out of 7eggs I now have 2 snow motley 4 snow and 1 really grumpy anery. Ive been reading just most not be absorbing the info. As well as some
 
When did these babies hatch? I am willing to bet that you actually have amels that are not colored out yet.
 
Is there any way to use the face book page title numbers? I have them . my phone is sealed ,cause I break phones to easily. So to get to my sd card is impossible. Unless I break it :) :) :)
 
 
Thats the last one out but I have no idea how I did it. I dont now how to work windows8 on the computer my wife bought.... I m a computer dummy
 
Can you get a pic of the belly? Looks like a snow to me.
I missed the part earlier about one of the parents being a snow.
