Soaking?

My adult amel has been soaking himself for about 2-4 hours a day for about 4 days now. Is this a sign of him getting ready to shed? Is this normal?

Your corn may be getting ready to shed, may be too hot (double check your temps), may have mites as Penman suggested, or just likes to take a bath.

I got a couple normals that just enjoy the comfort of having a bathtub in theirt inclosure. My only complaint is the frequent floater mileage they seem to get out of poopin in their own soak water. . .

. . . but they just love to soak. ~shrug~ who can argue with an indoor pool?!?
