Well, nutritionists tell us that thoroughly-chewed food is better for us than under-chewed food. Cool! Where did he go to school? I did the Le Cordon Bleu program in Pasadena... Never done anything with it since (including when I cooked in the Armyuke01: At least they paid my student loans!).. But I had so much fun in culinary school!
