Crazy Tarantula Lady
I just brought home a baby creamsicle corn, he's in a small holding cage until I get his 10 gallon set up.
All the pet stores are out of aspen right now and I don't really want to use care fresh, is paper towel ok for now? I've had pythons before but this is my first corn. I'll post photos in a bit, he's eating right now.

Thanks. I ended up using some shelf liner with paper towel over it for now. Will switch to aspen in a few days.

Make sure you have plenty of hides if you're going to use paper towel as substrait. Your snake may simply hide by burrowing under the paper towel, but make sure he's got some other private areas to go as well.

Ok, what actually interests me in your post is your avatar. =) Nice to meet fellow tarantula owners. I have two, a cobalt blue and Costa Rican zebra (striped knee). What's your collection like?
If that indeed is your hand and your spider... =)
