Why not just do a screenshot? Its a little button on your keyboard that says print screen. That way, nothing can be misconscrewed.

Copy and pasting is simple. Just highlight the piece of text you want, right click and cick copy. Then go to the page where you want it pasted to and right click, and click paste.

But trust me Lynne, what I already posted is 100% correct. If you wish, I will do the screenshots of all the PM's you sent to me, and all the PM's I sent to you? It will take me 5 mins...

I too have reached this level of reasoning last year when parts of my own personal drama with my family finally came to a head after a lifetime of torment. As hard as it can be to withdraw from the addiction of drama, once those ties are severed, you start to feel free again.

While I have followed this thread almost from the beginning and have seen all the ugliness that human nature tends to divulge in, I can truly say I am proud of Lynn (for not knowing her) to at least have the strength and wisdom to awaken to this ensuing nonsensical fighting and move on with the things in life that are truly important! :bowdown:

I 1000% agree. My head will pop off If I continue on this rollercoaster of nothingness. Windsor, my beloved pet is gone. And nothing will replace him. Anger, frustration and resentment is getting nobody anywhere.

I will come back to this thread when I have all results back. Once they have been posted, I will no longer be replying to this thread and all questions can be sent via PM.

I do not need to defend myself or others because I know in my heart where I have gone wrong, and what I done right. My values and morals are completely personal, as are everyone elses and I going to adhear to them.

Lynne, you will know the results although I would like to do it face to face. I am sure you can understand why.

Lynn does not want to post her results as she is under extreme stress and pressure - so much so that she took an epileptic fit today. This cannot be shared with others, and she has missed her last 3 hospital appointments due to running snakes back and forward to the vet.

Lynn is still awake although very distressed, she says its ok if you want to call her just now.

I'm sorry guys, but you two (Elle and Lynne/enigma) are both about one comment away from suspension. Remarks made by this site's admin have been interpreted by me to mean that he may think we mods have been over-zealous in the past about locking threads. So I'm reluctant to lock this one. However, suspensions and bans are at our discretion, and I'm sick of having to check this thread every ten minutes because of the sniping and b.s..

Did you get a chance to find out from your vet how much longer the results are going to take to get back to you?

also have you looked into making them a PDF file as this would save you a few hours typing... most modern photocopiers have a function for turning paperwork into a PDF if you dont have access to a scanner

I already offered over on another forum (but I was speaking to Elle's other half, not Elle), but if you don't have facilities to turn the files into PDFs for posting online, then I can do that without a problem - I can provide a fax number for the documents to be sent to direct from the vets, or if you give me a copy then I can PDF them for you at work.

DeepDiver's right - will save you a lot of typing! It'd be easy for mistakes to creep in when typing up long documents full of medical terms too.

I don't care about my animals - it may already be too late for them. I will be there and hold each one down to euthanise them if I have to. I just want other people to know about the situation. If ther correct precautions are not taken it could turn into an epidemic.

The worst thing is, theres a reptile show on next weekend and animals are being taken down from Scotland and brought up from England. Fortunatley I was able to contact a guy I know who is in touch with the people who run the show and have warned him of the situation.

IMO all trading should be ceased until Windsor's autopsy report comes back. If it's inconclusive then these extreme measures will do no harm - except have some lose out on a penny or two. Who cares... protecting your reputation or your animals? For me theres no contest.

I really don't agree with all the name calling and he said she said thats been going on, but this post was a catalyst in starting a major concern among the herp people around here.
We need some definitive answers, and only a autopsy result will do that. Will you please post the autopsy results or the number of the vet concerned. It may only be a few pennies to some, but to others its how they feed their children.

There have been very personal posts made about me made in this thread that I am not comfortable with... but after reading them i STILL feel a sense of calm...

You were SO right when you said the word ADDICTED.... being addicted to drama on forums recently is the one thing that has kept me from having to look closely at some very difficult and personal issues in my life ( much like yourself last year)... I no longer feel the need to do this ... no matter what ANYONE thinks of me.. I know that being addicted to dramatic threads and posting is something many of us do... but not many of us admit this or even come close to dealing with it... there is ALWAYS a reason we do it.. no matter what anyone says it is also NEVER emotionaly healthy...

Stepping back... refelcting on my reasons why... and learning from it... will not save my snakes... but it WILL save my sanity...



Long term I may never have conclusive answers about what happened with my animals... for now they are alive and with me... and looking a little better this weekend... its just a case of waiting...

Right then,
I joel have been reading & reading &contemplating over this thread...As well as the milk snake one

And a couple of things have really stuck out to me,

1.The milk snake has had his results back all ready where as windsor and the others haven't. surly windsors would of come through fist

2, On this thread(taken a turn for the worst) post 47 which states 'He was gone in thirty seconds No twitching not a struggle, on post 68 of this thread Elle once again says'I watched him squirm as the needle went into his heart and his muscles start to convulse.


Surly now we need more consistency of you Elle things dont make sense

I know these are only minor points but with the lack of consistency t makes it difficult to make any sense of it

Just to clarify:

1. My black milk only had swabs and a fecal done. Not an extremely detailed autopsy with most of his organs sent down to labs in London. These things take time. It is not within my power to determine how long bacteria cultures take to grow... My black milks results are not in my hands yet, I have only spoken to the vet briefly but I assume they have been sent out and I should get them soon.

2. If you have never seen a snake being put down, then you need to know that they use a large vile of blue liquid. What this chemical is I do not know. But whilst the needle was going into his heart of course he jumped and struggled and tried for dear life to get away... I am assuming that was extremely painful. The vet had to make sure he was in the right spot by drawing blood from the heart and then continuing to slowly drain the syringe.

Once ALL the liquid had been injected his muscles contracted for about 10 seconds and he was gone. Snakes can still move for upto 16 hours after death. He did not hang on, he simply slipped away after ALL the liquid was injected. The whole process took about 30 seconds - therefore my original statments were indeed consistant. okay, so what made his illness so different? I don't mean that nasty, but I wonder because I'm sure snakes in the uk have died before or become ill and its not been explained, but what makes you think the trading has to be stopped ect..?

what happend to the snake was horrible, I would be heart broken, but I really just dont see why everyone is argueing?

I hate to answer for her, but I'm 99.99% certain that Elle only owns one black milk, so it would be the same snake.

thanks roy, ive just had a pm to verify too, i didn't want to reply on this thread incase it got me into trouble, just the UK is on tender hooks abit and im trying to get as much info so i can breathe again lol
