Tank Temperatures

So I don't have a thermostat yet to regulate my UTH, but I will get one asap. But, my real question is, I know that the cooler side should be about 75 degrees, and the warm side 85, but my cooler side is only at about 67.3. How should I make the cooler side warmer?

I don't think I'd worry about the temp of the cool side as long as it doesn't fall below 60-65F, as long as the warm side is 85 (on the UTH, not the surface). If your house gets colder than that, you could get a very small ceramic heater, which provides heat without light.
