So I've had the little bugger for exactly a week now and after leaving a pinky in his tank for 24hrs I took him out to see if he'd try a fresh one and still nothing. I'm starting to get worried, I know they have a little quicker metabolism and I don't want to loose this snake!!I've been youtubing force feed vids just in case, don't worriy I know this is a last resort, but I want to be ready. Any more advise guys?
 
Yea...be patient. You've had a tiny hatchling snake that is a notoriously shy and "flighty" species, and known to stress fairly easily. You've had it for exactly a week, and have tried to feed it twice already. Leave the thing alone for a bit, and let it settle down and settle in.

Leave it alone for at least another week. Than offer an f/t pinky. If it refuses, leave it alone for another 5-7 days and offer live. One week is NOT a long time for a snake to go without eating. I have a greyband king that didn't eat mice willingly until it was a year old. You just need to be patient and stop stressing yourself and your snake out...
 
Thank you! I'll try to chill. Should I block his tank a bit so he doesn't see all the shadows and commotion in the living room?
