The Story of Squiggles (1)

Ya I think there might be a battle over this little one. I fell in love with her, and want to get her, but knowing that I may not, I have decided to switch directions and rescue kinked little ones like this if breeders are willing to give them a chance. More of these little ones deserve a second chance at life, even though they aren't "breeding material" =)

Poppycorn you and Squiggles have inspired me to go a whole different direction with my corn career =)

Expect a package if I get kinked hatchlings. LOL. I really don't have the heart to freeze any of them.

That would be great, I would really like that. I mean I hope your clutches all turn out but if they shouldn't don't turn to the freezer ;)

yes, Squiggles has done the same for me. i would love to be a "rescue" for kinked snakes. and my husband and i have surely fell in love with Squiggles!

That made me so happy to hear!

I love my kinked snakes they are my babies and I will continue to take in as many as I can. I know many people think they should be culled right off the bat but I think if you can find them a responsible, loving home then that is a better option. The majority of my animals have some sort of problem or deformity and I love them the most. My rescues tend to have more personality. Seeing people here willing to take in kinks made me so happy because they really do make great pets even if you can't breed them so I believe they deserve their chance a life.

Just a thought but maybe we could come up with some sort of Kinked Snake rescue between the three of us? And I am sure there are others on this forum who care and would take some. I dunno just an idea?
