They are both Bredli's from the same clutch, but...........

These are from the same clutch......
This is how we see Bredli's.

And this one started darker than his sister, and just keeps on getting darker with each shed....
I really like the black look to him....

Oooh, I like the first one best, the color reminds me of caramel candy :)
The first one is the normal colouring for a Bredli.....
It's a look and colour that I really like, but the second one was picked out (by us) because of the unusual darkness.... And each shed the black grows....
I have 5 females all normal and two males, one normal and the Dark Lord....
If you give Bredli's uv it makes the red come out more.... The Dark Lord goes a great shade of blackness with brick red......:dancer:

Gorgeous, both of them. I love the rich reds in the above Bredli, but the darker one also looks amazing. You have some amazing snakes!

I should hope so I've got 30yrs on you... LOL
Now just think what your collection will be like when you get to my age.....
I wish I had my time again, with the internet, and the amount of animals available there is now......
Michael, I really envy you and what you will achieve......
And thanks for the comment....
Now, in 30yrs remember this and post up your collection.......

Wow; very unusual, Mike. Have you posted these up on moreliapythons.com? I don't keep Bredli's, but a lot of people there do, and would probably be interested in seeing these.

Interesting animal you've got there... wonder how a Jag combined with those black tones would look.

I tend to play my cards close to my chest until I know if I got a hand....
The guys at Mp.com would want to dissect possibilities and I would rather wait until I have some sort of proof.....
Thats why I post on a cornsnake site..... You guys like snakes, but only dissect Corn genetics......

Love them Mike! A striped version of 'dark lord' could look pretty awesome!

He should be ready for breeding in a year or two, so unless he's a Jaffa......
Time to start looking for things to compliment him, methinks....
Obviously we have to try him out with some Bredli females first, but if he has enough lead in his pencil..... LOL

Now that is an interesting possibility..... And I'm glad that he is a male as I can try him out a few times per season......

Nice

Are Centralian pythons the same thing? The ones I have seen have a bit of a different look to them. I do like them though!
