For the past few years i've only fed hector live mice. He's been bit a couple times; I had a vet treat the bites. Is it worth it to feed hector live mice when he's getting bit?
I read somewhere that when a mouse is frozen it reduces the amount of thiamine and other nutrients the snake is getting. I was wondering that if a snake was only fed frozen mice would it be just as healthy as a snake that was fed live mice?
I've been wondering this because I'm gonna be getting my cute pastel bp soon and he's little and would need to be fed frozen mice ,and I was just wondering if he was being jipped on his nutrients.
