Hi!
I have a cornsnake that is about 6 mo old. It is about a foot long. I have been feeding him the last 4 -5 meals a with a fuzzy mice. It has gone ok. However, today when I needed to have more food for him I went to a different pet store where I got him a dead, fresh fussy hamster.
My question is: This fussy hamster is bigger than the fuzzy mice and my snake is right now trying to eat it. It just looks too big for him to sqeeze down! What happens if he cannot get it down all?? Will he spit it out? Can it be too big for him to eat without him knowing it in advance??
Please let me know, since I did not have time to search the site and all the info here.
Thanks in advance,
Anita
