Tortoise foaming at the mouth and nasal passages

I got a call today from one of my employees (I manage a small pet store) letting me know that our russian tortoise is foaming out of its mouth and nasal passages. Not only was it my day off, but our exotics vet teaches all day on Wednesdays, so I can't get him in until tomorrow.
I had the employee quarantine the poor guy in the back room, and thoroughly disinfect his cage.
I really dislike the reptile set up we have at the store, b/c any contagious disease can easily spread to the entire collection. :(
But it's the owners call, and I doubt he'll want to change it, since it's a very expensive set up. :p
Any ideas on what may be wrong with the little fella? (We've named him Sergei)
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Respiratory infection. Raise his basking temperature and get him to a vet immediately. Probable treatment will be 10 days of antibiotic shots- shouldn't be too expensive, possibly under $100.

I always post this but here goes again....
F10 in a nebulizer with antibiotics added as well.... Ask the vet about this treatment...It's the best thing for RI
