TWENTY EGGS

Critter1398

New member
I had my Uncle's almost six foot Everglades breed with my Everglades male and she produced 20 perfect eggs, no slugs, on her very first clutch. They are going to hatch in about a week.

It's a type of rat snake from Florida. They are orange with black stripes, they can be kind of mean, but that's just typical Florida rat snake attitude. They get about 4-6 feet long. Look them up, they're really pretty.

You ever come out to KC? I might be interested, how much do those things usually run? I had never heard of them before.

They usually run about 35-40 dollars. I have some family members that live in KC. My uncle is coming down here tomorrow. I can ask him if he can take it back to Kansas City for you. If you're interested I'm asking $30 each.

WOW! keep me posted I'm looking for .2 females for my male!....;) ;)

Hate to say this, but members need to be careful and try not to get newbs in trouble for trying to sell on this site without being a Contributing member. He only got an infraction this time, but could have received a 3-day ban for responding to your inquiries.

Sorry Susan....
I guess since I didn't actually ask if he was selling, prices, and simply asked to keep me updated.....I guess I didn't see how that was breaking thr rule..

.....My bad.:dunce: Sorry about that.

You didn't break any rules, and his initial response was just fine. And technically, carnivorouszoo's inquiry didn't break any rules either as he simply asked what price range that species ran. However, together, Critter1398 was sort of given an implied go-ahead to not only put a price on what the species usually runs (which would have been pretty okay), but also a price on the ones he produced, which crossed the line. A really sticky moderating situation, but it was reported and a rule was broken so something had to be done.

I'm sorry if I helped get someone in trouble :( I was just asking a general market price range, didn't mean to prompt someone to post their own price specifically. The Crazy Corn Lady appologizes.
