Well, Gery shed last week and so my Mom and I decided it was time for some pictures! The idea was to lay down a blue shirt, put Gery on it with a bowl over him until he calmed down enough to snap a few pictures really fast!
More or less this worked. The lighting was off, though. For some reason my camera is set on Low-Light even if there's adequate light available! I darkened the photo some, so his true-ish colors are showing. I need to find my manual so I can maybe figure out how to turn that off.
So, on to the photos!!
For some reason this picture turned out really good as far as lighting goes... at least compared to the others, so I didn't mess with it. Just cropped it.
Well there he is. I haven't seen any yellow on him at all yet and he's still really pink. I'm anxious to see how his colors develop. I think that's one of the best parts to owning snakes!!
