Hello again, my snow, Remi has grown a ton...I asked before whether i was overfeeding her and after looking at some yearlings I think I might have.

that's her when I first got her, sometime in march. I was told she was about 5 months at the time.the reptile store I got her from recommend rats, once a week. So that's what I did. when I originally posted I asked if I was overfeeding and was told to switch her to mice and follow the munson plan. I did. This is her now.

She exercises, once a week in the tub, and is handled at least another 2x a week. Should I be concerned about her growth, she still has the shape of a loaf of bread but do i need to be skipping meals or could she just be older then what i was originally told? Thank you

P.S sorry for the blurred pics, she moves more then you would think

She looks pretty healthy to me. If your following the Munson plan I doubt she would gain weight to fast.

And you really can't compare to her to other snakes her age because each snake grows different.

Hope that helps a little

I agree with the previous posters. My first reaction was she's solid, and looks built, but in a good and healthy way. I don't think she's fat at all. I hope my snake get to be nice and solid like yours. She's probably got really good muscle tone, from what i can see.

Like jbrubak1 said each snake grows differently. My yearling is 240 grams wich is big for a yearling but he has been on the conservative side of the muson plan all of his life and gets pleanty of exercise. He is just a big guy. Your girl looks good and healthy to me. When she starts to get hips then you two need to set down and talk about laying off the chocolate cake. But I wouldnt worry. She is a good looking snake

okay, i just wanted to make sure. she plays nice and stuff, just didn't want her to be fat

okay, because when I took her with me the last time to the herp store, the guy told me she was thin because of those ridges and suggested I move her a size up on her feedings or feed her more often.

He must've mistaken it for her backbone.

Someone on here thought my huge (truly) creamsicle's backbone was showing and couldn't understand how when he's so big; obviously it was actually muscle tone.
