Ok, so I just found my corn snake just laying out in the open. He escaped about a week ago and he is very deep into the shedding process. He is very young (he's wild caught so not sure how old exactly) a little skinnier than the width of a pencil. When I picked him up he barely moved at all but now he is slowly slithering into one of his hides. Is there anything I should do right away or should I just give him space and let him warm up? I also have a mouse problem and started poisoning them with an anti coagulant right before he escaped. Is there a chance that the poison could have gotten into a pinky and then into my cornsnake? I'm sorry, I know my paragraph is kind of a mess, I'm just a little frantic.
