Viv Temps...?

Just wondering.... Are there any health issues for a snake that are directly related to viv temps that are much too hot? I'm talking about temps above 80F to about maybe 115F? Also, granted that there is a cool side for the snake to retreat to if it feels it's too hot.

The only heath issue to a snake with the temps being 115f is burning the skin.
Do you think that OK.
Snake don't alway retreat. Try to lower the viv temp with a thermostat.

There is also the risk that the snake will be too uncomfortable to eat.

So unless you're okay with your snake burning its skin and not eating, I would recommend against this practice.

Guys, I forgot to mention that I am only wondering with this question, the temps on my viv are fine.

Look at the question again.
Do you feel comfortable in temps 80 to 115 degrees??
So it sounded like you didn't know this wasn't good for a snake.
Then the last sentence makes it out like this is your set-up.
Sorry if we miss- read the question.

Wait a second, I thought temps above 80 were okay as long as they aren't extreme.
Mine is at 85 right now but drops to the 70s at night. Is the 86 alright?

No don't be sorry, I'm sorry that I posted a question that wasn't clear.
I'm aware of what's good for my snakes, I was just curious to know of the consequences of the certain circumstances I described.
Thanks though :)
