Of course it is! There are a lot of guides available on the internet detailing on how to do this, but basically there are a few main ideas
-Foremost, and absolutely most importantly, it has to be escape proof for obvious reasons :p
-You have to make sure it is made out of materials that wouldnt be harmful to your snake
-It has to resist moisture etc... and everything that goes a long with simulating an outdoor environment of a snake (Maybe simulation isnt the best word but the idea is that its not clean :p)

That first link with "googobits" is about setting up a viv. but the second is instructions and im sure if you surf around those forums youll find some good stuff
