My company KB toys is bankrupt, and unlike when it happened 4 years ago they're just throwing up the flag.
We're all going to be let go and I don't know when.

This has put me in such a foul mood.

I'm sorry :( I can't believe a toy store can't hold out through Christmas... that makes no sense at all.

You'll be in my thoughts that you get something else quickly.
 
ohhh that's not good :( I'm sorry to hear that. That stinks you don't know when..that just makes it worse. I wish you luck in finding another job quickly when it does happen.
 
At least you have had some good customer service and cashiering experience! And most likely with inventory as well. I can't seem to get a job to save my life in any of those fields. I hope you find something else quickly, and have help in the meantime. Fingers crossed for you!
 
Well the good news is, at least that I don't have a lot of bills, and that I already finished my christmas shopping at least :/

yeah.. i read a forward about alot of companies who are closing their doors.. its crazy so many companies are gonna be closing!! sorry about your job- that stinks...
 
Sorry that you are losing your job. It's such a bad time for companies to do this sort of stuff to their employees. I hope you find some thing else soon.
 
I'm very sorry to hear that. I'd like to say I know how you feel but fortunatly right now I'm safe, through the month of January. There were about 110 people who were let go the other day, that along with 385 people who took a voluntary buyout. In January they will be asking for voluntary layoffs, so we'll see how that goes.
My hear goes out to you and all others who have lost thier jobs. I know too many already and am sure will know many more.

Good luck on your search for a new career, whatever that may be.
 
I know exactly how you feel. I was JUST laid off from my job in the housing market. I guess I could of seen it coming.:bang:
