Sort of poor ID pics as you said, but it looks to be a nice hypo to me. ;)

Cheers, ~Doug

Forgot to ask earlier, where did it come from?!

Are the eyes normal/dark, or ruby-red?

If the eyes are a noticeable ruby/red, then it isn't a typical hypo (type A), and could possibly be an ultra or lava.

I still think it "looks" like a hypo A, but can't see much in the pics.

He found her at petco. Go figure ..... But the pupils are dark red with redish dark goldish.

Sounds like the eyes of a definite ultramel along with the very hypo phenotype it also displays.

here's another ultramel ID we just did a bit ago. Note the eyes on this one as well.

I can't see the picture.... but I will take some more pictures after she settles in a bit. and hopefully get some better pictures of her eyes and coloring.

Thank you for all the input.

Sorry,.....below is a link to the eye photo. Some of the photo colors are no doubt pretty inaccurate for a few of the full-body shots, but go down to the good closeup photo of the eye, that is a good depiction of what a young ultramel's eye looks like. You can also do a google image search to see many others too, both full-body and eye. There are lots of them shown on iansvivarium.com too in the Pantherophis corn section.

The eye looks ultramel to me but will be easier to tell when you post more pics, congrats on the pickups.
