Without seeing the eyes and belly, it is REALLY hard to tell.
Could be a hypo ( first thought )
Could be a bloodred.
 
I ask because its not a breeder its a Craigslist seller and I wanted to be sure what it is before offering on it
 
If it's a bloodred, the belly won't have checks. It will be either plain white, or white with orange bleeding into it.
