What Thermo/Hydro-meter do you recommend?

I've tried looking online and in the forums, but I haven't had much luck.
I'm trying to find an accurate (within 3 degrees and 15% humidity) thermometer and hydrometer, preferably combined, for the cold side fo my tank.
While I was able to find accurate thermometers, I have yet to find an accurate hydrometer, let alone where the two were accurate on the same device.
So what do you guys use?

Finding an accurate hygrometer is a pretty solid exercise in futility. Acurite makes some pretty solid devices that people tend to use. If you're gonna put any faith into a hygrometers reading, you're probably gonna have to calibrate it when you get it, then annually afterwards to attain any sort of accurate reliable readings.

Haha, I like that expression. Maybe I'll just get a decently accurate thermometer and hope that the humidity is okay.. I'm mainly worried about it being too low

Corns are pretty hardy. As long as it has full sheds humidity shouldn't be an issue. I found that getting a hygrometer actually caused me to freak out MORE so I threw mine away. As far as accurate thermometers go, I'd personally have to really suggest a decent IR temp gun.

I haven't found an accurate thermometer yet. I recommend the temp guns over digital thermometers any day. I use the PE-1 temp gun, which is like $20 or so.

I use the dual-probe thermometers from Big Apple Herps. They do have a humidity gauge option for them, although I can't speak for their accuracy because I've never bought any with that feature. I always just buy dual-probe thermometers. They are accurate enough, in my opinion, as long as the probes are properly secured to the surface you wish to read. (Inside a viv, I use blue poster putty, though it needs to be checked and replaced regularly or it will lost it's grip. On the rack, I stick it directly to the Flexwatt with electrical tape.)

I also have a basic IR thermometer gun from Reptile Basics. I honestly use it in my kitchen more than I do on my snake rack. LOL! I really love it, though. Very accurate, very easy to point and "shoot". I like having it for double-checking my snake habitats' actual temperatures against the probe thermometers. (They are rarely more than a degree or two different, by the way.)

Hope that helps!
