Bath a snake?

Is there a certain time or do you just like keep them clean once a week?

I read something that wasn't to clear to me about "when the eyes clear"

So just before shed or whatnow?

I have yet to bath a snake. There isn't anything wrong with the practice, I just don't feel it is necessary. If one really needs cleaning, I use a wet paper towel.

Is good to bath to help some lose skin after a sheding... if necessary in some other cases when the snake is constipate helps to poop

today i just gave my adult corn its first bath..and it didn't seem to enjoy it. i placed a large container in the tub (above water level) and it just crawled up on that and didn't want to be near the water so i just took it out of the tub..i like the idea of just using a wet paper towel to wash them off. i still don't understand why it didn't like to swim but i guess all snakes are different. :)
