I live in Manitoba Canada. Anyone know where i should be looking for snakes even just simple garter snakes? what kind of environment am i most likely to see them?
 
Somewhere with frogs or insects. A big field. Shore of a lake. Under cover like old carpet, old boards, old boxes. Dirt roads in the morning or evening.
