just watched my corn yawning his head off.just wondering if they do it for a reason :shrugs:

Well, I thought They do it to put their cheeks back in place, they mostly do that after they have been eating.. others do it more.. it depends.. .
I've learned a lot on this forum

Snakes yawn to realign their jaw bones, but they also just yawn like any other animal--including you--yawns.

Snakes can also yawn when they're starting to shed. They shed from the head first and yawning loosens the skin around the head.

i was going to ask that actually about sheding.hes ive ahd him 3 weeks and when i got him he had a shed in his tank at the shop.hes about 5months old.any idea when he should shed next and at what intervals ruffly
