Why I don't always kill the "freaks"

I have many pets and none of them give me financial gain, I have different morphs because I find them beautiful and I only hope to breed them for the joy of having baby snakes that other people can enjoy, and possibly make enough money to keep up with my cost of caring for them. I give them the best captive life I can regardless of money and it really upsets me that people only see green.
You say these snakes would'nt make it in the wild anyways, but I totally disagree. I know that a one eyed animal would have a chance to survive, and it's really besides the point because I feel if we want to have captive animals then we have to do our very best to provide for them, most of the morphs we find great would not survive in the wild, should we just kill all of the non desirable ones.
My grandfather has dedicated his life to doing field studies and trying to preserve land for turtles in New Hampshire, and until recently has had no financial gain or notoriety, and he has found countless turtles missing eyes, legs, and pieces of their shell and they still thrive in the wild.
That snake with one eye has 99.9% of the same characteristics as any other corn snake and it does'nt look like it's suffering, so anyone that would kill it obviously does'nt really care about the well being of any animal.

Snakes like these would make a great pet for some kid or someone who loves snakes that do not want to breed them.

Like me! I do not intend to breed and would take any deformed snake as long as I had the resources to take care of it.

And I am sure there are more out there like me.

Yup like me :D I have a kinked corn and he's great.

I completely understand euthanizing a deformed snake if it is suffering, but if it eats and acts just like a normal one and is not suffering then it should be given a chance but that's just me.
