Well she is in blue so it's hard to say exactly...but it looks like she is hypo to me. No true black...she looks just like our Hokie who came from Rich as a hypo.
 
That or a Normal. I see some pretty strong black around the saddles on that snake. Hypomelanism usually reduces black pigmentation. As Tara already said, she is in the blue and it's hard to say. Maybe a nice pic or two after she sheds.

I would guess hypo if you look between the fingers of the 2nd pic the belly pattern appears to be bronze pretty good. Again its shedding so its harder to tell visually.
