Okay, i know this has prolly been asked 10 million times but what the heck. My snake did not shed in one complete piece. However, it all came off in one night except for the tip of his tail, which i got off with a damp cloth. There were between 5-8 pieces of skin in the viv the next morning.

Is there a need for concern? What should I do to make sure he sheds completely the next time?
 
has he got a rough surface in the tank to help him shed, if not that may be the problem.

if he has then check your humidity and temperature that could also be a problem... also how often do you feed him?

His temps were all in the 75-80 range the entire time. that is where they are supposed to be. I aslo tried to make the humidity a little higher than normal once he went into blue so the munidity was at around 50%. He aslo has a humid hide which he was using quite frequently up until the shedding.

This all seems like everything is normal, so i dont see why his shed wouldnt be complete.
