Arizona Reptile Expo

Best thing there was that display with the BEAUTIFUL Emerald Tree Boa. He / She was cool! Was not impressed with selection of snakes at all. 90% were ball pythons.

The Emerald Tree Boa was amazing. And yes, the vast majority of snakes did seem to be balls. It was my first one though, so I had fun looking at all of the animals, and of course, found the baby dumerils I went there for :spinner:

Here's a photo that Bill Love took of me and my boyfriend at the expo, holding Kathy's ball pythons. They were super sweet! (The snakes and the people!) :) They'll be doing the same sort of photos at the Phoenix Repticon in December.

Very nice Hypno. Did you leave the expo snake-less? Are you going to the phx one too?

I did leave snake-less, sadly. There was nothing there that I really wanted (other than the dumerils and the legless lizards - but I didn't want to buy anything impulsively). However, I did get a new snake from cornsnakeforsale shortly after the expo, because he didn't vend there this year and he was offering a really good deal this week. This is my new little guy, Callisto: http://www.cornsnakes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=126889

I might go to the Repticon show as well. I haven't really decided yet.

Nanci - Thank you, and yes they were both super nice! I was really excited to meet them in person.
