Please tell me this is poop, not regurge

Chronology: Sophie last ate nine days ago, last Sunday. She immediately went into blue and disappeared below the substrate as she always does before shedding. Two days ago she came out, again per usual, as she usually does a few days before she actually sheds. I leave the room for ten minutes, come back, and find this in her cage, and she's headed back below ground. I immediately thought regurge, but I fished it out and looked at it, and I'm thinking, or hoping, that her poop is just getting bigger and thus, it looks big and scary to me. However, I can't forget that she ate nine days ago, and think she should have pooped 2 or 3 days later. It has no smell, if that helps.

Anyway, I hope it's just poop and you all can have a laugh at my expense.

I can't really tell 100% if it is poop or not but it sure appears to be. Put it in water, if it breaks up and dissolves then yes it is poop, if it stays in a clump then nope it is a regurge. It does look like poop though.

not only did it break up in water, with some prodding, but it looks fibrous like she may have ingested aspen substrate.

I can't tell, either. Is there any white or yellow chalky urates in it? What size mouse was the last feeding?

I am more inclined to think it is poop, especially if it did not reek something awful.

That was my first test. I've not had a regurge, but have read here many times that they smell awful. This had really no discernible smell.
