Home Depot or Lowes. I have one that cost $11, it is a slide, it has a plug at one end and an outlet at the other, the slide is in the middle. I found that having it set at 3/4 of the way up to the top puts both tanks at a perfect 85 (I have one large UTH that is split under two tanks next to each other).

I have also had Scarlett move all her substrate in the warm hide around so she lays directly on the glass, but this was before it got colder and I turned the UTH on. Now she doesn't bother to move the substrate around, she lays on top of it but will "blockade" herself in sometimes!
 
Remember, the dimmer is NOT a thermostat. All it does is reduce the heat output. So you have to pay attention to the varying room temperature. If it is 80 in the afternoon, and 65 in the middle of the night, the dimmer will keep putting out the same wattage. So your heating device will get hotter, when the room temp is warmer.

This is a really good reason to have a probed thermometer with a constant digital read out, so you know at a glance that the temp is what you want.
