Almost sixteen...and I spend my money on a snake!

I swear...these things have got to be one of the most beautiful species of snakes around. nice pick up. thats one KILLER snake!

Excellent snake, David!! What a beauty! Can you imagine what he's going to be like as an adult?? Guess you need a second rack...I can't wait to see more pics!

PS- you're stuff's in the mail- should get to you Friday or Satufrday.

Congratulations Dave on a fantastic new addition - coxis are just such amazing snakes, and I can't wait for the day I finally add them to my gang.

Aww, thanks for the comments everyone!

It was kind of funny looking at the pictures, I thought the snake was a LOT bigger then he really is... I thought that until I scrolled down and saw the pic with the quarter

Yea, I added that in because pictures sure can throw off how big you think he is! He is tiny!

that snake is so perfect it doesn't even look real! what's it's temperment like?

I can't really tell you yet. I only held him for a few seconds as I was placing him in his new home. He didn't bite though! I will know more on his temperment when I get him out this weekend.

I know! I hope he grows up to be a nice looking adult. This will fill up my bottom slot in my rack so for now I am safe! This is a good thing because I don't have money for a rack!

That doesn't sounds like a drug deal at all. But thanks! I will tell you when it comes.

You're probably getting the general idea about this snake, but I'll jump in anyway! Nice pick-up! Yet another one to add to my ridiculously long wish list.

Kathy

Absolutely beautiful Dave!
Ya done good :)

Isn't this the species of snake that that kid from the UK tried to scam us with, saying his little brother brought one home?

Look at that color! I can't say I've ever seen one of these little guys before - I love him! How big is this guy going to get?

Isn't this the snake that someone posted and said his brother bought it and didn't know what it was and then it turned out he just stole the pic off the Internet and it was all a joke and why were we so mad???

That thread where the kid tried scamming us is what made me want this snake so bad. After seeing your pics Dave, I might have to get one myself! Stunning indeed! Is their care any different than other rats? Do they stay the same size as corns or bigger?
