Anything Kathy recommends is always a good way of starting and will work a lot (if not most) of the time. Of course, the Corns don't read the books, so you do find the odd awkward customer that needs a different trick.

...But did it result in him getting an answer, No. Because if the title reflects the topic and its a topic you wish to have no input in (Which i'd assume from you choosing to skip the thread based on the title.) having a stupid title will not make you decide to answer his question, you just leave the thread. Or post something unrelated to the question. :shrugs:
