Snakes in designer genes
I'm amazed how different to each other some of these cinder babies are. There seems to be a variation from "anery looking" to "charcoal looking" - while as adults the Anery C tag is obviously not right for cinder/ashy corns, I can see why it was applied to the babies.

Comparison of the high and low contrast babies.

High-contrast baby. Apologies for the focus being out, but you can see flecks of different colours in the iris here ... see the yellow spot at the bottom? Very similar to my older cinder girl.

Low-contrast cinder boy, who looks identical to my cinder lad Damascus (there are a few photos of him if you search his name on this site). Almost jet black eyes ...
