Weirdo - another blue eyed beauty

OK maybe she deserves a prettier name but Weirdo just seems to fit her for now. She was the very first to eat for me this year and then decided to go on a one month fast. Today she took her second pinky - I tease fed her and then gently set her down in her tub once she latched on. So she decided the water bowl was a good picnic spot.
Anyways I am pretty sure she is a ghost cubed and not motley, but her pattern is different from the other cubes I got this year, hence the name "Weirdo" AKA 8101...

She is quite the sweetie. I am sure you will change her name when she gets a little bit bigger. She is way to pretty to be called "Weirdo" You must be proud of her.

I'm just glad she ate again...It's so much harder to consider euthanizing them when they are this good looking but I wasn't going to let her starve herself to death.

I can't believe she went a whole month! I'd have gone crazy. She is so beautiful!

Me too. When they don't eat, I simply go wacko. Can't stand it... I tend to start pacing, etc. Had a leucistic Texas rat that did that. Drove me bonkers!

I'm glad that you had the patience and fortitude to get her going! Congrats! She is lovely! Is she the sib of the blue-eyed male I bought?

Fred

yep! They are both from the Prometheus and Hera pairing :)
I can't let it drive me crazy I have a few stubborn ones this year. If I let each one of them get to me I would be a wreck.

She refused a f/t last time I tried - I need my mice to have some more live. It drives me nuts I have 5 tanks of mice and not one litter. I am due to feed this clutch again wednesday. A lot of them were blue last time and didn't want food.
With a little patience and time, things will work out.

Well, correction... Weirdo DID eat last week. It was my male stripe that refused. I have so many freeking snakes right now its hard to keep track of them all off the top of my head...
I have a pretty decent herp tracking software but my comp was at the shop, so I reverted to the stone age pen and paper for a bit.

I don't like the name Weirdo... But he is absolutely beautiful... If you decide you don't need him let me know... ;)
