LOL. Yeah, it is not a sprint... but the way you and the others have been picking, there's no way I'll ever recover from missing that first game. LOL.

Never say never. In two other pick "leagues" that I choose in, I've gone from bottom 1/3 to top 1/10 with some stellar picks the past few weeks. That's what makes this week's debacle tough to stomach! :shrugs: I'll bring my A-game back this week.

I don't think the tally is finished yet... It shows that I got 12 right on my screen, but it only gives me points for 11 as of yet on the "front" "Cornsnakes-N-Football" screen. It was a GREAT week for me!

Don't cheat me out of my one point, Brent! LOL.

Interesting, it has me listed as 9 on the front screen and 10 on my picks screen as well. :shrugs:

I'm sure it'll "catch up" with itself by tomorrow night... if not sooner. It seems to do that all the time.

With only a few games ahead, and you being 10/11 points ahead... It's gonna be tough. Just hope I'm not on the bottom of the "still playing" heap when the season ends. LOL.
 
Had a few upsets this week - but hey - I am still happy to be hanging out with the Big Boys and staying in 3rd place!
 
I just wanna thank all the people that took the time to follow our picks throughout the course of the season. It was a long hard fought battle, and I was lucky to prevail in the end. It would be great to see more people involved next season!! Thanks to Vinny for setting this up in the first place!

LOL... While that game was DEVESTATING to me, it wasn't unexpected. I've come to the conclusion that Tony Romo is NOT the one we've been waiting for. Unfortunately, while we're looking for the right QB, we'll lose all the rest, Witten, Williams, Barber, Owens, etc. Rebuilding AGAIN, is right around the corner for the 'Pokes.

As for Denver... that loss was even MORE devestating... Who'd have thunk they'd lose 3 in a row AND SD would WIN 3 in a row? Good gracious this last week was HORRIBLE!

One GREAT thing... the Pats go home with an 11-5 record!!!!!! Who hooo!! No more Pats!!! Question is... which QB will be staying and which one will be moving on??? Brady or Cassel? Since I think that they're "system" QB's, one of them will get paid BIG, HUMONGOUS dollars to go elsewhere... and we'll never really see them do anything "meaningful". LOL.

It was FUN! Really think I would have been in the middle of things (at least) if I didn't miss that first week. LOL.

That sounds nice. but please don't make it snakes because I probly won't be able to take a prize snake because of my mom (though that could change I mean, it IS a year away :idea:
 
Thanks for organizing all of this Brent! I enjoyed playing when I remembered to enter in my picks. I guess I did about 60% of the time! Congrats on winning!

Go Panthers! Lets hope our running game prevails throughout the playoffs.

Just wait until next year when I take the whole darn thing boys!! LMAO!!!

All I know is my Bucs sucked these last few games...they certainly didn't even look like they were trying to make the playoffs...I mean c'mon - they lost to the RAIDERS!

But that's ok because the Steelers are in and so are the DOLPHINS!!!
