Lurkers... Introduce yourselves here!

I like to check out the forums a bit before posting but I've made myself quite at home here and really enjoying my stay. I never have anyone to talk to about my snakes. I have to come to the snake forums to get all my snake talk out of me. LOL. :)

Glad to be a part of this great forum. I love it.
TheaN526, when you manage to get all your snake talk out of you, let me know how. LOL.
I have to hold back, because I would find myself truly reciting every detail about their daily travels, comings, goings, personalities, etc.

I really thought you meant that my "watching and listening" was a little weird, Jenne. LOL.
But spectator comes to mind (considering how silly/smart aleck some of us act, like me) as a good word. LOL. Or maybe just observer, that seems neutral. :D

I will say this, though,....that in the DYK Thread, usually if we see you observing we say hello, at least I do. And I don't mind if you post or not. There are plenty of threads I read and do not post on.

I like spectator! That's a good word. I've seen you say hello in DYK and it always makes one feel welcome!

I have four females that have went this year and one laid 7 good eggs from Okeetee an Rev Okeetee, goldust to buter, amel to rev okeetee, and a het amel blood to a snow het lav., blood, stripe.

Good luck with your endeavors and remember to post pics when they pip!

I'm glad you enjoy the forum, they are a lot of really great people here.

I'm just here to learn/help, plus I love looking at all the cute little baby snakes. :p

Who can resist the cute baby snakes?

I'm Tamara. I've mostly only been posting in feeders because I started breeding mice for my one snake. I just lurk because I'm not all that experienced and I only have one snake to show off. You popular people on this forum have more interesting experiences and pictures, than I do :p So that's why I mostly lurk.

Hey Tamara, Welcome, I'm in Ohio as well and would be more than happy to help you with your "only one snake" problem. I can hook you up with a few more for sure...lol. Where in Ohio are you?

Hey I'm a lurker mostly because I like to look at the pictures and don't have much to add. I only have 2 snakes and a gecko and I'm not planing on adding anything else anytime soon.
Another Ohioan that needs more snakes............lol

ps) we Ohioans get like this in the winter, ya know we only have three seasons here?
Fall, Winter and orange Barrel.

Another Ohioan....Geez.. We are going to have to have our own forum...
It's true. There is one small forum that has a lot of locals but I haven't registered for it or been active on it except a quick peep every so often.
Do you guys go to the Columbus show? We're there almost every month (except when we put ourself on probation), if you have a table it's possible we've met before.

I used to post all over the place a few years ago. Now I just keep my mouth shut most of the time.

You should talk more, your avatar would be worth it for me!

Good luck with your endeavors and remember to post pics when they pip!

Well do

Awesome!

What is "orange barrel"?

Geez, I left there four years ago...it's still the same? When I was in Columbus, the city, in their infinite wisdom, barrelled up 71, 315 AND 270. You couldn't get anywhere!!! I think that's why that guy started shooting cars off the bridge. It makes ya crazy!

hi
I'm Sandra...I don't lurk, per se...I like to read and learn. I post when I have a question or response to something that invokes one...
This is an amazing forum...I love it!

I can't go one day without checking in on the forums. I post on about 4 forums and my sister thinks I'm a kook. My zoo is building one critter at a time. haha.

It's what are highways are filled with for the rest of the year... limiting movenment and preventing escape from Ohio.

Thanks for answering... Are they closing the highways for repair?

I'm glad you love it, most of us do! It's a great site with some amazing members.

From what I can tell the highways are closed so that about four or five of them can stand around drinking coffee while watching one of them ( probably the new guy) do a little gravel raking or shoveling...:eek1:
