questions about after hatchlings pip

So I have 9 eggs incubating right now with about 2weeks to go. I've candled them and they look great, I can see little snakes moving inside the eggs so I think things are going good.... my questions are...

1. what to do right after they pip?
2. I plan on keeping them in kritter keepers for a first shed and couple feedings until I'm ready to give them to friends.. good idea?
3. what temp should they be kept at?
4. when should i offer food?

Thanks for the help. This is my first clutch.

Here's what I do:

1. what to do right after they pip?
Once they're fully out of the egg, I leave them in the egg container (make sure it's escape proof) for 12-24 hours, to acclimitise. Not sure if this is really necessary, but handling them striaght out of the egg seems to stress them more than if I leave it to the next day to put them in their tubs.

2. I plan on keeping them in kritter keepers for a first shed and couple feedings until I'm ready to give them to friends.. good idea?
As long as they're kept individually, that's fine (the risk of cannibalism is greater when they're youngest). You can use cricket tubs as well - cheaper option when you have 50-100 per year! I usually sell them on after three consecutive defrost feeds.

3. what temp should they be kept at?
Same as adults - range of 70-88 degrees F (21-31 degrees C).

4. when should i offer food?
After their first shed, which will be around a week to ten days after they hatch. Before this time, they're still digesting an internal reservoir of egg yolk that they hatch with.
