Why so much hate!

Google it, my boy, google it. ROFLMAO.

Incidentally, the difference between "almost never" and "never" is a long long long way.

And she almost never emits foulness from her cloaca

Is it wrong that I am strongly tempted to make this quote part of my signature?! Ha! Too funny!

In any event, I reckon most of our snakes have gone through periods of time where they are snippy, even our most docile snakes.

Case in point, our gentle giant, Louis, scared the bejesus out of me today... I was reaching across his screen lid to check the back clasps and he hit the screen lid so hard he pinned his lower jaws skin on his teeth. He had just eaten a small rat and was apparently raring for more. This from a snake that is so docile that I would hand him to a child without thinking about it much... dealing in absolutes with animals is never wise... just when you say "never," they trick ya!

Not if I make it part of my sig first! Anyway, mabye it was a phase, we just watched an episode of "The Nanny" together?

Crikey, if anything was going to make me "emit foulness from my cloaca" or try to bite, watching The Nanny most definitely would!!

Oh that VOICE!! :twohammer

I missed this thread yesterday. There are so many quotes I want to comment on. Some of the could even be put on a Tee shirt.

How do you spell Tee shirt?

Snakes are NOT like dogs. Giving them food won't make them calmer or easier to handle.

Young snakes are typically defensive. Each snake is different though. I've had Corns that were super defensive, and I've also owned King Rats that were very docile.

Don't feed it (by it I mean him)... just don't. ;)

Mr. Beard i am not feeding her to expect her to calm down. It is to curve her hunger. I often will offer my snakes mid-week meals very small meals just to keep them content before hibernation. When I say she is like my dog, I call her by name, I sit with her, she is more like a companion animal...yeah I am weird!

LOL The mods are in freaking Daytona enjoying themselves without me! Why did I get no invite...don't answer that
