    Paypal is the easiest and fastest way. But you can use Western Union if you like. You could send US dollars in the mail, but it takes longer and there is no guarantee that it will arrive, although the few people who ever did that had no problem.

    I sell signed copies and mail them. The book is $16.95. Here are the postage rates from my site:
    1 book - International: (other than Canada) Air Mail / First Class.… $ 9.50

    2 - 3 books - International: (other than Canada) Air Mail / First Class…. $ 10.95

    You can save postage by getting a 2 or 3 books and splitting the order with a friend.
